BUNDT CAKE TOMATO-FETA-BASIL
Ingredients
- 1 Basil bunch
- 1 Pot of peppers in oil
- 1 bag Yeast
- 100 g Dried tomatoes
- 130 g Flour
- 15 cl Oil
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 180 g polenta
- 25 cl Milk
- 0,5 tsp. coffee Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
- (180 ° C). Oil a Bundt Cake Mold. Beat the egg yolks with the milk, oil, polenta, flour and yeast. Season with salt and pepper
- Put the egg whites in the snow and gently add them to the previous preparation
- Pour half of the dough into the mold. Arrange half of the peppers, diced dried tomatoes, chopped basil and diced feta cheese. Pour remaining dough and add remaining ingredients
- Bake 45 min. Let stand 15 minutes before unmolding. Decorate with basil and chopped cherry tomatoes.
