Strawberry Jello Angel Food Cake Dessert




Ingredients
  • 1 ring Angel Food Cake, store-bought
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 regular container frozen whipped topping, like Cool Whip, thawed in fridge
  • 16 oz. container frozen strawberries in sugar, the kind that also have juice, not whole frozen berries

Instructions
  1. Set out frozen strawberries to thaw while working on the rest of the recipe.
  2. Boil water.
  3. Break 1/2 of the angel food cake in to chunks and put in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix powdered Jello in a bowl with 2 cups boiling water.
  5. Add strawberries immediately and stir.
  6. You may need to use your hands to break up chunks of frozen strawberries.
  7. Stir in spoonfuls of Cool Whip until well mixed.
  8. Spoon 1/2 mixture over angel food cake in dish.
  9. Repeat layers and set in refrigerator for several hours.
  10. Cut in to squares and serve immediately. (Your squares won't be perfect. The gelatin is not firm.)

Ingredients 15.25 oz chocolate cake mix plus ingredients to prepare the cake 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix 2 cups cold milk 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter, divided 16 oz chocolate frosting 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed 25 mini Peanut Butter Cups unwrapped and roughly chopped Instructions Prepare and bake the cake according to the package instructions, baking in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Ingredients 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili powder optional 1/4 teaspoon oregano 4 ounces chopped green chiles 4 ounces chopped black olives 3 whole boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup sour cream 12 whole corn tortillas cut into bite-sized pieces 2 cups colby-jack cheese grated Instructions In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melted.
